Job Description
- Manage company recruitment needs for both blue and white collars
- Post job posts for both internal and external recruitment sources on daily basis
- Filtering CVs from both internal and external recruitment sources on daily basis
- Completing the screening sheet with the full data from the CV accurately
- Adhering to the screening plan meeting the targeted number of candidates required for interviewing to meet recruitment target
- Conducting phone interview for screening purposes and inviting accepted candidates for interviewing
- Reporting daily and weekly screening reports to HR manager
- Communicates with internal employees to fill in referral sheet to collect data
- Assist in preparing relevant Job Descriptions.
- Conduct interviews
- Administer Pre-Employment Tests.
- Attend Employment Fairs; presents the organization to the applicants; screens the applications and builds the CV database (hard & soft copies).
