Job Description

  • Manage company recruitment needs for both blue and white collars
  • Post job posts for both internal and external recruitment sources on daily basis
  • Filtering CVs from both internal and external recruitment sources on daily basis
  • Completing the screening sheet with the full data from the CV accurately
  • Adhering to the screening plan meeting the targeted number of candidates required for interviewing to meet recruitment target
  • Conducting phone interview for screening purposes and inviting accepted candidates for interviewing
  • Reporting daily and weekly screening reports to HR manager
  • Communicates with internal employees to fill in referral sheet to collect data
  • Assist in preparing relevant Job Descriptions.
  • Conduct interviews
  • Administer Pre-Employment Tests.
  • Attend Employment Fairs; presents the organization to the applicants; screens the applications and builds the CV database (hard & soft copies).
