Urgently needed for SIGMA Capital customer care agent.
Job Description :
- Execute customers orders
- Handle customers complains and answer customers inquiries
- Introduce the new services to the clients
- Raise any problem or technical issues to the technical support department
- Ensure customer satisfaction and clarity of all the necessary information and answer all inquiries
- Follow all procedures and policies correctly
Job Requirements
- Males Only
- Good in English
- Age Range for Applicants is from 21-25 MAX
- Fresh Graduates or Experienced in Call Center
- The Candidate MUST BE UNIVERSITY GRADUATE
- Social and Medical Insurances are included
- 2 Days off ( Friday and Saturday )
- Fixed Working hours (From 8:30 - 4:30)
