Job Description
- Performs assignments involving repair, installation, alteration, maintenance and preventative maintenance of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems including troubleshooting.
- Maintains necessary work records including equipment records, logs, and timesheets.
- Detects, troubleshoots, repairs and reports to building management any unusual conditions, defective materials, faulty equipment and equipment operating or installed incorrectly.
- Ensures that all work performed is in compliance with all applicable standards, codes, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area.
- May assist other maintenance personnel on projects as directed.
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance and work order software systems.
- Identifies and communicates opportunities for improvement: cost savings, productivity/efficiency improvements, safety improvements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Major: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG industry.
- Good English Language.
- Males are preferred due to night shift.
