Job Description
- Supervise all clerical and administrative duties such as company facilities maintenance, insurance, security, and company cafeteria.
- Manages all clerical and administrative duties for Division Managers office.
- Conducts basic reviews of documents and contracts for accuracy, content, and proper format.
- Greets/ Interacts with company visitors, vendors, and all levels of management and employees from other departments.
- Support human resource and payroll processes as a primary contact or backup for payroll preparation by monitoring and reporting the monthly attendance and leave tracking.
- Schedules meetings and training seminars for employees, answers phones, makes copies, scans, and files documents.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the mission and function of the unit.
Job Requirements
- Intermediate level written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
- Works well with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
