Job Description

  • Supervise all clerical and administrative duties such as company facilities maintenance, insurance, security, and company cafeteria.
  • Manages all clerical and administrative duties for Division Managers office.
  • Conducts basic reviews of documents and contracts for accuracy, content, and proper format.
  • Greets/ Interacts with company visitors, vendors, and all levels of management and employees from other departments.
  • Support human resource and payroll processes as a primary contact or backup for payroll preparation by monitoring and reporting the monthly attendance and leave tracking.
  • Schedules meetings and training seminars for employees, answers phones, makes copies, scans, and files documents.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the mission and function of the unit.

Job Requirements

  • Intermediate level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
  • Works well with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
