Job Description
- Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
- Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees.
- Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
- Improves employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling employees.
- Coordinate with department heads to develop the annual plan for training based on work needs, evaluations and the budget.
- Manages the entire staffing process: recruits, screens, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions throughout the organization.
- Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.
- Search, Develop and implement benefits program to the employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 3-4 years of experience.
- HR certificate is a must.
- Very good in MS office.
- Very good command of English Language.
- Work under pressure.
- Excellent Judgment and Communication Skills.
