Job Description

  • Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
  • Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees.
  • Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
  • Improves employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling employees.
  • Coordinate with department heads to develop the annual plan for training based on work needs, evaluations and the budget.
  • Manages the entire staffing process: recruits, screens, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions throughout the organization.
  • Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.
  • Search, Develop and implement benefits program to the employees.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 3-4 years of experience.
  • HR certificate is a must.
  • Very good in MS office.
  • Very good command of English Language.
  • Work under pressure.
  • Excellent Judgment and Communication Skills.
