Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Propose policies, plans and main objectives of sections and follow-up the achieving these objectives
  • Supervising on studies of section's projects
  • Coordination between departments, which are supervised by him
  • Adoption of executive projects assigned to the company in his field
  • Presentation of periodic reports step by step to CEO
  • Continuously passage on sites and knowing work problems and holding periodic meetings to discuss work and solve all problems
  • Follow-up financial authorities in the limits of laws, regulations and decision
  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
  • Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
  • Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Supervising the implementation of quality management procedures in his department and a commitment to setting goals and positive interaction with the results of internal and external audits
  • Supervising the implementation of health and safety procedures and the implementation of environmental requirements and the commitment of workers using protective equipment in accordance with the hazard identification in his section and the positive interaction with the results of internal and external audits.
  • Totally responsible of the implementation of contracts with assigning sides and he is the link between company administration and the executive site
  • Responsible of preparing executive study of the contract before starting implementation and after
  • Review the distinguish study between the bids and executive studies presented by him clearing up in his report items of differences before the implementation

Job Requirements

We are looking for a Communication / Transmition Line Project Manager for Construction Company in Dokki in Tenders sector.

Experience

  • Experience: not less than 15 years in the field of work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering.

Gender

  • Male

Language

  • Fluent in English and Arabic. Spoken and written.

Skills

  • Dynamic and Creative.
  • Professional verbal and written Arabic / English, Communication, influencing and negotiating skills.
  • PC literate with PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
