Job Description
- Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
- Prepare sales representative reports Monthly/weekly.
- Responding and coordinating all correspondences related to tenders, preparing technical and commercial offers.
- Contribute effectively in CRM development by create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
- Assisting with the coordination of webinars.
- Planning, coordinating and scheduling meetings for the sales team with clients and prepare all related meeting materials.
- Follow up on all expired sent quotations and sending reminders to clients.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives and Presenting the company products & services to potential clients to identify opportunities (Local and international).
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator.
- Proficiency in English
- French is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field.
