Job Description
- Manage all types of Clients requests and inquiries received by CSD team
- Coordinating Clients’ concerns with the designated departments.
- Constant follow up on Clients pending issues up till accomplishment.
- Providing Clients with alternatives and solutions that suit their cases while abiding to the company’s policies and procedures.
- Must have full knowledge and understanding of all company's projects along with the policies and procedures for each and every project.
- Updating work process to better suit current work flow
- Measuring Residents’ satisfaction.
- Payments follow up and collections.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a customer service manager at least 5 years.
- Proven Working experience in real estate field minimum 2 years
- Previous Experience working with CRM application.
- Customer Handling & Leadership skills & Negotiation Skills & Problem Solving & Presentation Skills.
- Proficiency in English
- BS degree in Business Administration or related field
