Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Study hammered implementation of contracts with third parties and analysis stages and setting schedules for all acts of implementation of the projects the company and the rates and Metrology approved activities with the help of the concerned company
• Viewing contractual points, which I studied during the tender stage study- The initial work exclusively given to the planning department
• Review the amounts to be included in the customer extract after work by the Technical Office Engineer.
• The client idleness of business news and its demand for extension of the time of the project.
• Preparation for any court cases you may have to enter the company in the event of failure of arbitration
• Participating in the negotiations for claims an increase or decrease in the value of financial contracts or in the implementation period
• Study all the instructions and correspondence issued to or rose from the owner or consultant during the implementation of the project and determine the consequences of these instructions on the contract in terms of the time of execution of the project or its value
• Study all the executive orders
• Study all additional orders.
• Study all claims that may arise so that claims be submitted Claims meet terms of the contract the project meaning and is supported by all the necessary documents to confirm it and adopt it
• Study of the claims submitted to the owner or consultant and adoption- Study of supply contracts for materials or equipment imported legally and payment terms
• Overseeing the application of occupational safety and health measures and the application of environmental requirements and compliance with laws and regulations of the Organization and its commitment to working with the prevention tasks in accordance with the identification of risks and the administration's positive interaction with the results of internal and external audits.
