Job Description
- Manage social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google+ and all other websites
- Work with the marketing team to plan upcoming content campaigns including global webinar event execution
- Use social monitoring tools to create actionable next steps based on data. Experiment and optimize our channels.
- Collaborate and communicate with the Marketing team to integrate social media content and strategies with overall Policy, Communications team efforts.
- Set and deliver on tangible KPI's from social (ie. Referrals, ROI, fan growth, engagement, lead generation, SEO)
- Track and monitor the effectiveness and success of online initiatives using relevant monitoring tools; generate analytics reports and effectively tweak social strategy and content based on analytics
- Stay up to date with industry trends and inform other stake holders on required
- Developing and optimizing nurturing, drip, and triggered campaigns
- Work closely with various teams, SEO, Advertising, Marketing, Copy, and Graphics, to optimize conversions with relevant and targeted content and landing pages
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Strong communication skills
- Experience writing & editing on Social Media platforms and Blogs
- Proficient with or ability to learn new a variety of marketing technologies
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Fluency in English
