Job Description
Responsibilities
- Totally responsible of the implementation of contracts with assigning sides and he is the link between company administration and the executive site
- Responsible of preparing executive study of the contract before starting implementation and after
- Review the distinguish study between the bids and executive studies presented by him clearing up in his report items of differences before the implementation
- Adoption of the schedule of the implementation of required estimated works in accordance with the contract
- Follow-up and attendance of meetings with assigning sides and the consultant and providing monthly report of meeting results to the head of executive sector
- Approval of abstracts and additional works in coordination with site manager
- Direct responsible of achieving (industrial safety + quality management objectives and ISO)
- Responsible of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers and follow the legal procedures in accordance with company rules
- Approval of requirements of the site of employee ( direct and indirect) before starting any new activities in the contract
- Developing the financial executive regulation of indirect employee with consultation of head of executive sector.
- Follow-up importing orders with company manager
- Supervising the implementation of quality management procedures in his department and a commitment to setting goals and positive interaction with the results of internal and external audits
- Supervising the implementation of health and safety procedures and the implementation of environmental requirements and the commitment of workers using protective equipment in accordance with the hazard identification in his section and the positive interaction with the results of internal and external audits
Job Requirements
We are looking for a Mechanical works Project Manager for Construction Company in Dokki in balance of plant (BOP) for mechanical works in power station projects.
Experience:
- Not less than 15 years in the field of work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
