Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Following up on the current/future projects (NPDs, Campaigns, and activations….etc).
  • Tackling performance reports for the assigned brands.
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve the mutual Targets.
  • Handling Digital media activations/posting tracking.
  • Coordinating the planned events with other teams (Activation team/Warehouse team).
  • Developing marketing plans and strategies to grow and expand the relevant brands within the company in terms of strategic importance.
  • Giving Briefs to Agency on brand strategy and evaluate proposals and Requirements for point of sale, etc, briefed into design houses. Together with sales department determine merchandising activities, promotional activities. Brief sales on new developments, product launches etc.
  • Carry out trade audits to ensure that merchandising and promotional plans are being implemented.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of promotion to determine whether sustainable growth was achieved.
  • Investigating current product improvement, new packaging. Prepare New Product Development brief and ensure regular meetings are held to track progress of the project.
  • Setting volume and value budgets by SKU by month and review as and when required.
  • Ensure that Budgets set are realistic and attainable. Monitor sales on an ongoing basis and evaluate progress.
  • Planning, executing, monitoring & control all related marketing activities.
  • Handling Trade activities programs / Expected Outcome / ROI.
  • Handling Seasonality related activations planning.
  • Performing analysis to get a glance on the current / planned status.
  • Submit achievements reports on a cycle basis as agreed with the direct manager.
  • Setting objectives on the PRD system according to the department and company objectives.
  • Handle any additional task requested by the direct manager according to the business needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related field
  • Excellent Command of English
  • From 5 to 8 years of experience in the Marketing field
