Job Description
- Receiving monthly variables effects from customers and check it
- Payroll account on the system and excel
- Confirmation from the client for monthly salaries If there any addition or deletion
- Preparation of exchange restrictions and payroll conversion
- Checking with the financial management in premiere to cover the monthly amounts to be transfer to the banks
- Invoices issuance, review the transfers and the transfer issues
- Review checks and debt collection for the companies
Job Requirements
- Education Bachelor Degree - Faculty of Commerce – English Section
- Nationality: Egyptian
- Experience: 1 year at least in Payroll Department
- V. Good Command of English Language
- V.Good Command of Excel Sheet
- Preferable background payroll & knowledge of "labor law and social insurance".
- Type of job : Full time
