Job Description
We are looking for a Linux help desk who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the infrastructure; also, to collaborate with other team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes. You will become an integral part of the team, making every problem of the platform a problem of your own, and solve them accordingly, Applicant must have a good background about ubuntu os or any other Linux distribution
Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems both Ubuntu - Microsoft Windows, and applications.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Replacing parts as required
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
- Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
- Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience
