Job Description:

The Sales Executive will be a remote role that will own the sales cycle and play the role of a consultant to potential participants interested in our programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building the pipeline, closing deals, negotiating deals, responding to applicants, and admitted student inquiries by phone, email and in-person. 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle - prospect new business, develop opportunities, and close sales
  • Follow up on highly qualified opportunities at mid-sized and large companies
  • Achieves enrollment targets assigned by Director of Education
  • Help build and drive sales processes and strategy
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
  • Advise prospective candidates / organizations on the programs in person or via telephone and guiding them through the enrollment & admission process
  • Monitor enrollment processes to ensure effective communication in tandem with admissions deadlines.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and provide feedback on performance against targets
  • Provide monthly dashboard reports to the Director of Education with details of any trends regarding sales, pricing, utilization, courses
  • Competitor bench-marking and report on competitor actions
  • Update database system to reflect current/upcoming term information (email templates, enrollment periods, filters, etc.)
  • Implement an email cultivation strategy designed to re-engage leads that have fallen to inactive statuses.
  • Work collaboratively with our marketing team to share insights on our audience to feed back into our campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Experience in business development, sales planning and customer service 
  • Good people & communication skills, with ability to negotiate & close deals and create long term relationships
  • Ability to interact successfully across cultures
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and cope with peaks of demand
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic. 
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude
  • Must be able to work with a team and collaborate remotely

 

Job Requirements

  • Verbal and written fluency in English and Arabic Native Speaker
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Home office or ability to work remotely
  • Must be able to work UAE business hours
  • 1-2 years of Sales Experience
