Support the HRD to achieve the HR & Development team’s strategic objectives, as set out in the HR Strategic Action Plan by acting as the HR lead on a range of different projects and responsibilities.
Establish and develop a dialogue and relationship with senior management and other HR Business Partners to understand the key resource issues and associated requirements to meet both current and future organizational challenges
To lead the activity to translate the resourcing requirements and Talent Management information developed by the Learning and Development Team into achievable resource plans.
In collaboration with HR colleagues develop a resourcing strategy and innovative, timely and cost effective best practice solutions to enable the organization to meet its objectives.
Seek to continuously improve the quality and value of the HR service provided to the organization.
Development and implementation of recruitment process and policy for company, including the design of associated paperwork.
Management of all administration associated with the recruitment process, via Line
Coaching/advising managers in the implementation of robust recruitment and selection processes and legislative requirements, to facilitate shared responsibility for the recruitment of people and ensuring that HR matters are effectively dealt with.
To manage the recruitment budget, ensuring maximum effectiveness of expenditure within the constraints of the budget.
Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
