About the Job
  • Takes care of recruitment.
  • Handles Scheduling appointments.
  • Replies to emails and phone calls.
  • Writes ads and conducts researches.
  • Writes quotes and Co. presentations
  • Follow on team progress.
  • Makes bookings (meetings - travel -etc).
  • Communicates with clients and software developers.

Job Requirements
  • Presentable with focus on customer service and delight.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Very good user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
  • Advanced typing skills.
  • Fluency in English is a MUST.
  • Knowledge of software process and internet businesses is a plus.
