Job Description
- Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating and assure that all records are up to date
- Preparing Vacation & Attendance sheets for all Employees
- Saving and archiving all employees’ files
- Scheduling and coordinating any international and domestic business travel starting from preparing the embassy letter, flight booking, passport/visa documentation, hotel’s reservation, ground transportation and any other logistics.
- Handling all tasks with the governmental sites concerning employees such as ministry of insurance and labor office.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Assisting in writing and developing the documentation and forms of company policies and procedures and ensuring the compliance with relevant laws
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree and 1-3 years of experience in Human resources management.
- Good reading and writing English skills.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Males are preferred.
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both in written and orally, skillful at conflicts’ resolution in a timely and professional manner.
