Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating and assure that all records are up to date
Preparing Vacation & Attendance sheets for all Employees
Saving and archiving all employees’ files
Scheduling and coordinating any international and domestic business travel starting from preparing the embassy letter, flight booking, passport/visa documentation, hotel’s reservation, ground transportation and any other logistics.
Handling all tasks with the governmental sites concerning employees such as ministry of insurance and labor office.
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
Assisting in writing and developing the documentation and forms of company policies and procedures and ensuring the compliance with relevant laws
