Job Description
- Circulate job posting via the different sourcing channels to enhance data bank
- Run year round interviews to buffer a backup for Headcount (HC) shortage
- Conduct HR interviews and select competent calibers matching the organization culture to fulfill workforce plans
- Ensure the implementation of the induction program for all new hires
- Follow up the probationary period evaluation to measure the selection success
- Conduct exit interviews for all leavers to identify the regretted attrition %
- Ensure a proper communication with personnel team to cover the HC shortage
- Generate the recruitment statistical reports on monthly basis
