Job Description
- Responsible for reservations and ticketing
- Handles ticket issuance (Refund & re-issue)
- Providing general and specific advice about different travel destinations.
- Handling Customer Requests and Inquiries Both by phone and by Email and
- Follow Up Customer Requests.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English is a must
- Experience in travel agency is a must.
- Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) Preferably Galileo.
- Strong understanding of Fare rules, pricing & Strong Ticketing product knowledge (Tickets issue, Reissue, Refund, Void).
