Job Description
- Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
- The outbound calls are Arabic and mostly in English
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs and reports
- Other duties as assigned from supervisor
- Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
Job Requirements
- Has Excellent or above average English
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- At least a bachelor Degree
