Job Description

  • Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
  • The outbound calls are Arabic and mostly in English
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Other duties as assigned from supervisor
  • Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

Job Requirements

  • Has Excellent or above average English
  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • At least a bachelor Degree
