Job Description
- Answers all incoming service department calls according to company’s policies & good telephone etiquette. Conducts pre & post service follow-up.
- Directs telephone calls to the appropriate parties as necessary.
- Determines if the inquiry can be handled by the receptionist & satisfy the customer’s reason for calling if possible. Arranges appointments.
- Assists the service advisors in contacting customers whose vehicles have been completed.
- Maintains a high standard of personal grooming, hygiene & uniforms.
- Reports to management any situation on condition that could jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the branch, its employees, or customers.
- Inspects items brought for repair/services to diagnose the problem, deliver parts/labor requirements & provides estimates of costs to customs & obtain their approval to start the work.
- Takes written message for occupied personnel & notifies them as soon as possible regarding pending messages.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 Years experience
- Very Good English
