Job Description

  • Answers all incoming service department calls according to company’s policies & good telephone etiquette. Conducts pre & post service follow-up.
  • Directs telephone calls to the appropriate parties as necessary.
  • Determines if the inquiry can be handled by the receptionist & satisfy the customer’s reason for calling if possible. Arranges appointments.
  • Assists the service advisors in contacting customers whose vehicles have been completed.
  • Maintains a high standard of personal grooming, hygiene & uniforms.
  • Reports to management any situation on condition that could jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the branch, its employees, or customers.
  • Inspects items brought for repair/services to diagnose the problem, deliver parts/labor requirements & provides estimates of costs to customs & obtain their approval to start the work.
  • Takes written message for occupied personnel & notifies them as soon as possible regarding pending messages.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 Years experience
  • Very Good English
