Job Description
- Event Republic is looking to hire Event Coordinators to join our dynamic team.
- We are a full-service events management company who provide multinational clients such as Heineken, Phillip Morris, Majid Al Futtaim, Raya, and others with turn-key creative event solutions.
Your role will include:
- Working on event logistics from A-Z according to agreed objectives and deadlines.
- Contacting and contracting a variety of suppliers including AV, production, and procurement.
- Management of event set up staff including furniture suppliers, AV, and production installations.
- Quality control on all production material for client events.
- Attending all Event Republic events in your capacity as a coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Management of talent booking, meet and greet, and talent logistics.
- Door selection, and maintenance of company guest lists.
- Briefing graphic designers and ensuring timely delivery of designs.
- Managing the production of and sourcing all marketing collateral including invitations, branding, etc…
- Various administrative duties.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in an events company, or similar field with the same core skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Be extremely organized, and have a serious attention to detail.
- The ability to work autonomously and on your own initiative.
