Chief Accountant

Main Duties:

• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
• Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
• Prepares financial statements and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position
• Monthly financial ratios (Profitability ratios – Liquidity ratios – Activity ratios).
• Ensuring the reliability of the monthly aging report and the Customers ABC analysis.
• Verify of the shipments costing.
• Participate at the marketing vision of the company.
• Analyze transactional processes and identify areas where additional accuracies and efficiencies can be achieved.
• Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of inventory controls.
• Supervise all banks transactions.
• Assist with annual budgets.
• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins.
• Responsible for all taxes obligations.
• Work with external auditors during financial and operational audits.
• Maintain system of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and assets.
• Maintain local banking relationships including negotiating facilities agreements .
• Report, analyze, and ensure integrity of all financial information.
• Verify the assets depreciation quarterly report.
• Monitoring the process of refunding insurance and L / G.
• Monitoring collection performance DSO rate and assuring the cash flow conversation cycle is timely on a healthy levels
• Verify all Payables transactions.
• Verify expenses analysis.
• Providing top management with essential managements reports, profit and loss structure, profitability percentage
• Supervising products costing activities as well as cost allocation over cost centers.
• Taking responsibly for all of the financial activities of the company.
• Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
• Other duties as assigned.
