About the Job
  • Selling, Merchandising, Delivery and Tracking Measure and Problem Solving
  • Sell and execute all authorized products , Packages and Promotions.
  • Leverage Marketing equipment to activate customers or accelerate outlets velocity turn of our products.
  • Obtain Bestselling Position in the account.
  • Solicit new opportunities and Source TDS Support against these.
  • Manage Stock Levels to ensure continuous availability.
  • Fill and rotate all shelf , displays and equipment to ESC Standards.
  • Properly Price Product.
  • Utilize Point of Purchase material where applicable.
  • Service Accounts as scheduled.
  • Sell Per Scanning Requirements , Manage daily Settlement and collection of Payment.
  • Record accurate core work measures.
  • Participate in problem Solving meeting.
  • Responsible for annual Sales Ranging .
  • Able to lead Helper and Drivers.
  • Manage Sales to over 100 Customers / route and up to SKUs
  • Product Knowledge
