Job Description
Main Duties:
- Direct all operational aspects including operations, customer service, administration and sales
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Meet goals and metrics
- provide training, coaching, development and motivation to the team.
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery
- Master of clinical pathology is preferred
