Job Description
- Responsible for all the branches in his region.
- Responsible for the regions management of sales activities according to the instruction from the head.
- Regional staff management and assessment.
- Visit all company branches on regular basis to provide guidance and support to the local teams.
- Achieve sales targets through a team of district managers, supervisors and medical representatives.
- Conduct regular meetings with the district managers and supervisors to assess the performance of the staff provide training, coaching, development and motivation to the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery
- Master degree of clinical pathology is a MUST
