Job Description

  • Handles all personnel tasks.
  • Handles Monthly Attendance.
  • Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIs.
  • Ensures Employees’ adherence to the company’ policies
  • Handling the Hiring process.
  • Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Handles All employee Relations matters.
  • Administering on-the-job training programs.
  • Updates and Creates HR policies.
  • Writing job descriptions
  • Handles the performance appraisal process
  • Prepare and follow the annual forecast Manpower Requirements with the all Managers.
  • Responsible for the full hiring process which includes coordinating head haunting ,job posts.
  • Reviewing resumes to select the matching profiles for the position, conducting phone interviews, face to face interview and reports outcome in a timely manner, Administered offer letters, negotiated salaries.
  • Contact with the all Managers from understanding profile requirements working closely with the Managers and select most appropriate recruitment methods to source candidates.
  • Informing the accepted ones with acceptance and invite them to an offer session.
  • Update recruitment tracker and making sure that the information is up to date.
  • Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.

Job Requirements

  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Very good in English.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Additional HR training will be a plus
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Proven experience as HR Generalist
  • BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a HR Generalist or similar role preferred in the IT industry not less than 3 years of experience .
