Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • personal assistant for Chairman.
  • handle all Business process
  • Reports collection, summarize and analysis
  • Hr process creation and handling
  • Meetings preparation , MOM , follow up.
  • Staff performance analysis.
  • Operation rules follow up and reporting
  • Also will handle any personal tasks ..
  • Handle any personal issues for GM. Visas , travel tickets and hotels , reservations ,shopping , personal appointment, purchase and organizing personal staff

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English
  • Expert in computer skills ( office , ERP , photoshop preferred )
  • Presentable
  • Presentation skills
  • Well organized
  • Experience in business management , reporting analysis , tasks follow up and operation control
  • Can make, work on , monitor operation system and Hr
  • Good personality and clear attitude
  • must have a car.
  • preferred Heliopolis residence .
