About the Job


Royal Ambassador hiring Telesales Agent that represent the company and sell our brand products to potential customers over the phone.

Job Description:

  • Keep records of calls, sales and note useful information about customers needs on reservation.
  • Build a rapport with customers and increase sales.
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Explain different product features on membership cards Loyalty program.
  • Close sales and meet monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan.

Working Conditions:

  • Start shift from 9 :00 A.M to 4:00 P.M, Fixed Day Off Friday, with Basic salary and commission.
Job Requirements
  • Confident, professional and excellent manner skills.
  • Friendly rapport with customers.
  • Selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • P.C skills using MS Microsoft Office.
