Job Responsibility:
- Considered the focal point between customers, riders and restaurants.
- Monitors the riders’ location and movement.
- Contact the rider’s manager to report any issue with a certain rider if needed.
- Handles delayed delivery .
- Dispatching orders and coordinates delivery
- Handling customers if needed
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduates only.
- Good English proficiency.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 0-2 years’ experience in operations or logistics. food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred .
- A highly organized and detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
- Good at Excel and Data Interpretation Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
