Job Description

  • Devise and establish a company’s quality procedures, standards and specifications
  • Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff
  • Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
  • Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, purchasing staff outside vendors, or contractors to establish quality requirements
  • Review customer requirements and making sure they are met
  • Set standards for quality as well as health and safety
  • Make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards
  • Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
  • Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
  • Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures
  • Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
  • Make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
  • Use relevant quality tools to making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business
  • Make sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors

Job Requirements

  • Related total experience with not less than 15 years at the same field
  • Not less than 5 years experience in the same position
  • Related industry experience in highly preferably
  • Related Bachelor's degree (Science, Printing and Packaging, Engineering)
  • Masters or any related studies are preferable
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
  • Knowledge of the chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations that they undergo. This includes uses of chemicals and their interactions, danger signs, production techniques, and disposal methods.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Very good in English Language
