Job Description
- Follow up and mentor on the parts inventory WC levels to make sure they are in the acceptable levels to achieve the targeted STO
- Work closely with the group inventory manager and the IM managers in the BUs to achieve the maximum parts inventory utilization in each BU and the group
- Follow up and mentor on the service percentage levels to make sure they are within the targeted KPIs
- Work closely with the IM in the BUs on the high-risk items to replace it with healthy stock
- Follow up on the CAT parts operations KPIs, giving the IM in the BU the needed support to achieve their KPIs
- Provide ideas to assist BU in identifying the area for improvement and the best way to solve
- Liaise with BU parts operation managers to set action plans based on the monthly POMIS
- A complete follow up for action plan through all available communication channels.
- Quarterly parameters review, to make sure the system parameters are reflecting the actual needs
- Follow up on all inquiries in the parts inventory control mailbox within 24 hours.
- Generate a parts inventory control monthly work plan.
- Monitor the parts inventory performance, stock turn and customer satisfaction (service percentage) in all BUs
- Work closely with the BUs IM department providing the best solutions when required.
- Ensure adequate communication on parts inventory related issues to all stakeholders on the BU and CoE
- To follow-up on the processes /action plan to improve continuously the inventory performance
- Provide assistance when and where needed for special IM complex tasks
- To work with the IM teams in the BUs on the inventory analysis timely and accurately through standard measures and definitions across the territories and identifying opportunities for improvement on the current inventory performance, using the monthly reports
- Regular review, audit and update of parts parameters on system for all suppliers in all BUs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of Business Administration, Business Management & Commerce (English section preferred)
- Min. 1 - 2 years of experience, also, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- High command of English language (reading, speaking and writing)
- Advanced IT knowledge as system usage and software
- Ability to manage conflict, prompt action and decision-making
- High Communication and Negotiation skills
