Job Description
- Preparing and executing costing plan.
- Ensuring that there is accurate recording of expenditure in the appropriate journals and ledgers.
- Providing assistance in preparing budget process.
- Reporting to senior management on accounting trends and team’s performance.
- Support Financial Manager in monthly closing.
- Taking part in year- end inventory

- Analyzing variances from cost estimates.
- Reviewing grant agreements and modifications to ensure accuracy of budget and special conditions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or economics.
- 10 - 15 years' experience in costing and (construction or rea state is a must)
- proven experience as a manager in real estate company
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of verbal and written English language.
