Job Description

Summary of Position:

He/She is involved in product development and distribution, creating and implementing marketing strategies, creating sales copy, liaising with company stakeholders, planning events, and managing social media activity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creates illustrations and digital images. Develops presentations for companies and businesses to market and promote our services to the public. In addition to the usage of different typography, composition, color and visual identity design to create these marketing tools and promote a company's business.
  • Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
  • Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
  • Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
  • Participates in designing computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures and many other forms of visual communication
  • Drive marketing influenced pipeline and generate MQLs through onsite activations and support of the sales team
  • Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
  • Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
  • Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
  • Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
  • Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
  • Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
  • Interviews, hire and trains marketing staff members
  • Plan and oversee the execution of marketing events, trade shows, customer events, and partner sessions.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in spoken & written English is a must
  • Marketing experience in the US market is a must
  • Experience in medical equipment (Dental) is a plus
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
