Job Description
- Coordinate procurement activities to meet project materials requests, in accordance to company policies and procedures
- Allocate and manage the purchase request with all the local buyers.
- Check & forward RFQ/Bid Analysis/PO to superintendent along with necessary documents within stipulated time
- Receive MRN from vendor controller and coordinate with expeditor/buyers on the corrective actions
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 4 years as purchasing officer
- Marine / Construction background
- Oracle user
- Proficient in MS Office
- Very good English language
