Job Description
- Setting up and manage the filing system, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, including attendance records, personnel files, or other material.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, events’ etc. whenever is required.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, aligning with Labor Law requirements.
- Handle HRIS data entry, SAP key user.
- Recruitment cycle: connect with new hires on required documents, joining dates.
- Responsible of full employee orientation, email creation requests and laptops/IT requests.
- Responsible of the full employee end to end cycle. Starting from on-boarding, requests, leaves, personnel, medical Ins., overtime Calculations, to off boarding.
- Handle visa process and tickets reservations.
- Performs other duties/ projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Mass Com., or any relevant degree.
- 1 to 2 Experience in Personnel
- Knowledge of basic administration tasks or relevant extra curriculum student activity
- Knowledge of basic business requirements
- Preferred experience in SAP, Oracle or HRIS
- Fluent English, preferably from a Language Uni or School
