About the Job
Setting up and manage the filing system, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, including attendance records, personnel files, or other material. Schedule meetings, interviews, events’ etc. whenever is required. Administer HR policies and procedures, aligning with Labor Law requirements. Handle HRIS data entry, SAP key user. Recruitment cycle: connect with new hires on required documents, joining dates. Responsible of full employee orientation, email creation requests and laptops/IT requests. Responsible of the full employee end to end cycle. Starting from on-boarding, requests, leaves, personnel, medical Ins., overtime Calculations, to off boarding. Handle visa process and tickets reservations. Performs other duties/ projects as assigned.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Mass Com., or any relevant degree. 1 to 2 Experience in Personnel Knowledge of basic administration tasks or relevant extra curriculum student activity Knowledge of basic business requirements Preferred experience in SAP, Oracle or HRIS Fluent English, preferably from a Language Uni or School
