Job Description

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, applications printers and scanners for Users
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults occurred for users
  • Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions; troubleshooting problems; maintaining workstation and LAN performance.
  • Administrating assuit network and resolve any connection failure to decrease downtime
  • Responsible for elwadi,Assuit,menia and sohag branches
  • Responding within agreed time limits to mails
  • Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
  • Responsible for undertaking periodic maintenance in time that planned before
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities like installing new server or any updates in network and any new service
  • Follow standard processes and procedures ( IT Policy , Installation Process and Routine maintenance)
  • Escalate any incapable technical issues to his senior.
  • Getting clear data about All spare parts and devices and reorganize IT inventory
  • Recording problems and their solutions for future reference

Job Requirements

  • Experience more than 2 years in relevant position
