Job Description

  • The position involves identifying, attracting, engaging and maintaining corporate clients for Amar Sina Village.
  • Important elements of the role include developing sales and marketing plans and working with reception / front office staff in lead generation.
  • It is important to note that the position will include at least one to two reception shifts per week.
  • This may increase during periods of staff leave or busy periods.
  • Reception shifts involve all aspects of front office reception, including providing friendly, personalized customer service in responding to accommodation inquiries, processing reservations, assisting corporate and leisure guests, updating rates and inventory and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk.
  • The position involves working on shifts

Job Requirements

  • Good command in English
  • 1 year hospitality or tourism experience
  • Service and sales oriented
  • Physically and mentally capable of working full 9hrs shifts
  • We are seeking a self-motivated
  • Sales focused and customer oriented person
  • Focused on developing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • The successful applicant will demonstrate enthusiasm for selling, strong time management, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • A proven track record in sales, account management, guest relation or hotel reception is highly regarded, and experience in the hospitality, travel or tourism industries would be valuable.
