Job Description
- Ensure that manufacturing process comply with standards at both national and international level.
- Manage the inspection of raw materials, to make sure that it meets the Quality standards.
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
- Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.
- Train the new comers and quality employees on the latest quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Agriculture or relevent
- 5+ years of experience in an FMCG company, preferrably in Cake profuction, pastries, or baked good
- Excellent Computer skills
- English language proficiency
