Job Description
This position is responsible for the supervision and coordination of activities of production workers in processing materials and manufacturing products.
- Develops implements and manages all production procedures to ensure all plant goals are met.
- Supervises, trains and coaches manufacturing management to include responsibility for personnel and labor issues throughout the plant.
- Responsible for achieving budgets for capital investments, downtime, and damages.
- Maintains records for all phases of production relative to the quality of the product, including plant formulation records, and those records necessary for auditing purposes
- Developing annual budgets for the plant’s production lines through coordination with the plant manager and various departments inside the plant
- Implementing production plans provided by the planning department
- Define the objectives of the production plan to be translated to production projects aiming at reaching the maximum capacity of production lines
- Coordinate with the warehousing department to ensure the availability of raw materials and quantities required for production in day to day operation
- Work on improving production efficiency according to the company’s overall objectives.
- Assume full responsibility for achieving the production plan in a timely manner and in accordance with the required quality standards and the agreed specifications
- Ensure following quality standards of the different stages of production and ensure compliance with product specifications, as well as finished products, packaging and packing until delivery to the end consumer with the highest quality
- Achieve ultimate cost reduction goals, allocated to the production process
- Communicates Safety, Quality, and Food Safety policies to all employees. Ensures such policies are applied by all employees.
- Support, and comply with all quality management systems, continuous improvement programs, food safety, employee safety, preventative maintenance programs and legality.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Procution Engineering or relevant
- 7-9 years of experience in an FMCG company, preferrably in Cake profuction or baked good
- Excellent Computer skills
- English language proficiency
