About the Job
We are looking to hire a highly experienced Social Media Specialist to join us in its Cairo office:
- Manage multiple social media accounts, channels, and instant replies to customers.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, messaging and audience identification.
- Work with teams to produce a variety of stories that appeal to fans.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images) that encourages community members to take action.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and acting on the information
- Create and manage promotions campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in social media or related field.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Good written communication and presentation skills.(Arabic, English)
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent using MS Office (word, excel, and power point).
