Ensures that a company's everyday activities run smoothly. His role is to set parameters to judge how efficiently and effectively the organization is operating. Manages the operations of the company in order to maximize profitability and to ensure superior guest service and product quality.

Job Description:

• Operation manager main responsibility is to oversee different operational departments such as farms,and followup. In addition he is responsible for targeting specific areas in which a company may need to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitoring revenue margins and worker's productivity, as well as implementing new directives for growth.
• Establishes policies and procedures that align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
• Implements standards of performance, safety policies and procedures and makes policy changes as necessary.
• An operations manager develops financial budgets for the operation departments. He review sales data, production and activity reports, financial statements and other information to ensure financial goals are achieved.
• Operations managers find ways to reduce operational costs and increase revenues. They plan long-term financial goals for the facility they oversee.
• Operations managers determine staff needed to accomplish goals, select and hire new employees and assign responsibilities to the entire staff.
• Develops, recommends, implements and manages the operational department’s annual and long term goals.
• Ensures that operations departments are maximizing revenue and profit potentials while minimizing costs.
• Manages performance issues that arise within the operational departments, as well as train, develop, coach and counsel, conduct performance evaluations and resolve problems of departmental team members and managers.
• Ensures optimal compliance with corporate focus audit.
• Ensures Client and employee satisfaction, while maintaining market competitiveness and exceptional financial performance.
