Job Description
The Human Resources Supervisor acts as a consultant to the business in all different aspects of HR. He/she implements a variety of programs, including recruitment, learning & development and performance management, etc.
Primary responsibilities:
- Coach Teams to successfully manage all annual people management processes (performance management, talent management, planning, etc.).
- Coach Leaders and Managers to improve leader effectiveness and teamwork.
- Execute change initiatives based on needs (retention, compensation, organizational development, etc.).
- Lead other special projects when required.
- Lead Orchidia talent management initiatives.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA or Professional certificate in HR.
Required:
- 5+ years demonstrated HR experience in related fields (Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management)
- 2+ years of experience as supervisor
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Solid hands on experience in Talent management
