Accountant /محاسب

Job Summary:

Do the registration and classification summarize the relevant financial capacity, business processes and draw conclusions refute the analysis of the results and present them in the form of various reports used by the administration in making decisions.

Job functions:

• The registration of the financial operations of the reality of supporting documents manually or automatically so as to include all of these procedures, according to the sequence of their occurrence and the historical kind.
• The classification of financial Processes tab in separate accounts .
• Follow-up taxes Affairs, with its various sections (value-added tax, income tax).
• Follow-up banks and bank transactions.
• Accounting suppliers and agents.
• Follow-up things, salaries and advances.
• Adjust and follow-up fund and issuing checks and bookkeeping.
• Any other tasks assigned to the accounting.

ملخص الوظيفه:

• القيام بتسجيل وتصنيف تلخيص العمليات التجاريه ذات الصفة المالية واستخلاص النتائج تفنيد وتحليل النتائج وتقديمها على شكل تقارير متنوعة تستعملها الادارة فى اتخاذ القرارات.

مهام الوظيفة:

• تسجيل العمليات المالية من واقع المستندات المؤيدة لها يدوياً أو آليا بحيث يشمل جميع هذه العمليات وفق تسلسل وقوعها ونوعها التاريخي.
• تبويب وتصنيف العمليات المالية في حسابات مستقلة
• متابعة شؤون الضربية، بأقسامها المختلفة ( ضريبة القيمة المضافة، ضريبة الدخل).
• متابعة البنوك والمعاملات البنكية.
• محاسبة الموردين والوكلاء.
• متابعة أمور الرواتب والسلف.
• ضبط ومتابعة الصندوق واستصدار الشيكات ومسك الدفاتر.
• اى مهام محاسبيه اخرى يكلف بها.
