Job Description

  • Getting customer interest on our service / product.
  • Achieve high transferring and closing percentage.
  • Collect & document customer basic information.
  • Maintaining hard work and positive attitude.
  • Report the customer information in the correct system
  • Giving clear information about our product / service to the customer.
  • Identify & escalate priority issues.
  • Follow-up with customers when necessary.
  • Follow the appropriate guidelines and procedures for any given situations.
  • Perform any other duties assigned to him/her by the contact center management.
  • Meet the due dates in the tasks assigned to him by the contact center management.
  • Enter coding and tracking information completely and accurately on relevant system.

Job Requirements

  • Working hours: (Monday - Friday) from 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
  • English fluency is a MUST.
  • Be prompt for work and back from breaks.
  • Very good Communication & Negotiation skills.
  • Ambitious and team work player.
  • Able to work under pressure.
