Job Description
- Distribute production orders over the machines according to availability and priorities defined by the production plan.
- Distribute production orders over the Assembly lines according to availability and priorities defined by the production plan.
- Manage the assembly operators depending on their capacities and guarantee their ability to perform each operation properly.
- Perform complete job change that includes changing of molds, set up of all auxiliary equipment, conveyor, loaders and material in accordance with the setting sheet in a minimum amount of time.
- Control that the parts produced are compliant to the quality requirements.
- Ensure the daily declaration of production, control the consumption of material in the units and request the raw material necessary
- Maintain a safe, neat and orderly work area and proceed to 1st level maintenance operations.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a company related to plastic injection using technical material: PC, ABS, PA.
- Graduated in plastic injection engineering.
- Proactive, Well-organized, Ability to interact well with others on a direct basis.
- Fluency in French would be an advantage.
