Job Description
- The key Account Manager supports the Sales Director in all customers related matters and is the main contact for determined accounts.
- The job holder is responsible for treating and coordinating all types of customer requests.
- The Key Account Manager maintains a long-tem relationships with our customers and maximizes sales opportunities.
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
- Recognizes and generates new business opportunities with current and new clients.
- Acts as the key interface between our customers and all relevant internal divisions in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Participates in tenders/RFQs and follow up actions (prices, offers, negotiations, project follow-ups etc.)
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
Job Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree with focus on Sales
- 3-5 years’ experience in Account Management or Territory Sales
- Enthusiasm for a demanding industrial product and technical understanding
- Strong team player who enjoys the art of sales
- Experience in managing major accounts
- Excellent relationship building skills and communication skills in English and Arabic
- Highly self-motivated and self-driven
