Job Description

  • The key Account Manager supports the Sales Director in all customers related matters and is the main contact for determined accounts.
  • The job holder is responsible for treating and coordinating all types of customer requests.
  • The Key Account Manager maintains a long-tem relationships with our customers and maximizes sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
  • Recognizes and generates new business opportunities with current and new clients.
  • Acts as the key interface between our customers and all relevant internal divisions in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Participates in tenders/RFQs and follow up actions (prices, offers, negotiations, project follow-ups etc.)
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs.

Job Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree with focus on Sales
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Account Management or Territory Sales
  • Enthusiasm for a demanding industrial product and technical understanding
  • Strong team player who enjoys the art of sales
  • Experience in managing major accounts
  • Excellent relationship building skills and communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Highly self-motivated and self-driven
