Job Description
- Maintaining project database and providing quality advice on evaluation and reporting methodology
- Prepare internal and external reports with assistance of Project Managers and other departments personnel.
- Provide effective support to the project managers across project’s lifecycle in terms of mutual update of the progress information and data.
- Collectively reporting on project schedules and deliverable status.
- Keeping track of the projects expenses and updates related information of the projects program.
- Handle administration and monitoring of minor projects from the concept through implementation delivery.
- Provide support to the Project Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring major projects from concepts through implementation.
- Assist with the preparation of a variety of reports covering budget status, forecast and other management & financial reports.
- Assist in project initiation, coordinating resources allocation and maintaining financial evaluation of the projects program.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree in the fields of computer science, accounting, finance or business management.
- Training: Advanced Excel or Database, Project Management, Planning, Negotiation, Tracking Budget Expenses, Performance Management Training.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in similar post.
- Report writing skills demonstrated ability to produce, establish and maintain effective management report.
- Strong Numerical, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both official languages and excellent command of English.
